Known for building trusted relationships and delivering sophisticated risk management strategies, Greg became a nationally recognized leader in healthcare insurance, advising independent physician groups, medical practices, MSOs, and private equity-backed healthcare platforms across the United States.

In 2019, Schaefer Enterprises became the first exclusive property & casualty agency to partner with Patriot Growth Insurance Services, helping launch what has since become one of the largest and fastest-growing insurance brokerages in America. Today, Greg continues to advise complex commercial clients while mentoring producers, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams on how to build enduring businesses through consistency, resilience, and the discipline of stacking winning days.

A graduate of Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business, Greg is also a former Division I basketball player and 20-time Ironman event finisher. The lessons learned through elite athletics—preparation, perseverance, and relentless consistency—have become the foundation of his leadership philosophy.

In 2023, Greg faced his greatest challenge when he was diagnosed with Young-Onset Parkinson’s Disease. Rather than allowing the diagnosis to define him, he embraced it as another opportunity to compete. Today, he is a sought-after keynote speaker whose message extends far beyond business.

Monika Bolkun-Robert serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Schaefer Enterprises. Bolkun-Robert began her insurance career in New York as an assistant to the president of an insurance and bonding brokerage firm on Wall Street, working her way up to vice president of the insurance division within two years. In 2010, Monika joined Schaefer Enterprises and facilitated the firm’s exponential growth as a partner, vice-president, and now, as Chief Operating Officer.

In 2019, Schaefer Enterprises partnered with Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC, as the first exclusive property & casualty agency to join the firm. Today, Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC is one of the largest insurance brokerages in the United States. Monika now co-leads the national Construction Insurance practice across Patriot.

Bolkun-Robert is highly experienced with companies in the construction, engineering, real estate, pharmaceutical and hospitality industries. In construction and real estate, she has insured over twenty multi-million dollar real estate developments in New York and New Jersey. She works with her general contractor and trade contractor clients on their risk management and helps them find appropriate and affordable insurance coverage. Bolkun-Robert advocates on behalf of her clients regarding claims and loss control, and has extensive knowledge and experience preparing applications to positively influence underwriters and capitalize on premium credits and coverage advantages.

Bolkun-Robert was born and raised in Poland and spent her summers working and studying in London, England. Monika holds an MBA in Marketing and Management in Foreign Trade from Bialystok University of Technology. Outside of the office, Monika is passionate about fashion, interior design, art and loves to travel.
